Description of the property

This beautiful rustic house is located in a very sunny and quiet position, not far from the village of Bidogno, in the Capriasca.

The 150-year-old stone cottage was renovated 15-20 years ago and is in good condition. The roof was renovated and insulated 12 years ago. The rustic is structured on three floors with separate entrances. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining room with fireplace, bath/shower/WC and small storage room. On the first floor there is a bedroom and outside a large terrace. On the second floor there is another bedroom. Drinking water is connected to the municipal aqueduct, for the discharge of sewage there is a leaking well, electricity is connected to the public network, internet and telephone are already connected.

Outside the rustic there is a small plot of land with terrace and grill. Here there is enough space to have lunch or enjoy the sun.
