Dieses Bergrustico liegt an sehr sonniger und ruhiger Aussichtslage inmitten der Natur auf ca. 1300 m Höhe in den Bergen von Osadigo im Weiler Löito in der Leventina.

Der typische Bergbauernhof wurde vor einigen Jahren teilweise renoviert und befindet sich in einem guten Allgemeinzustand. Das Dach wurde neu gedeckt und die Struktur ist in gutem Zustand. Rundherum kann man zahlreiche Wanderungen oder Mountainbiketouren unternehmen. In Chironico befindet sich das berühmte Kletterzentrum "Chironico boulder". Der Bahnhof, die Post und die Restaurants befinden sich in Lavorgo und die Geschäfte sowie der Spital im Dorf Faido.

Im Sommer erreicht man das Anwesen zu Fuß über einen anspruchsvollen Anstieg in etwa 45 Minuten vom Zentrum von Grumo aus. Die Autobahn A2 ist 7 km vom Parkplatz entfernt. Mit dem Postauto gelangt man von Grumo zum Schnellzughalt der Gotthardbahn in Faido. Bellinzona Nord ist in 30 Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Städte Lugano und Locarno mit ihren Seen sind 50 Minuten entfernt.

Description of the property

This mountain farmhouse is located in a very sunny position surrounded by nature at about 1300 m.a.s.l., in the mountains of Osadigo, in the area of Löito, in the Leventina Valley.

The typical mountain farmhouse was partially renovated a few years ago and is in good general condition. The roof is redone and the structure is in order. However, the farmhouse needs some work. The bath/shower/toilet must be made and a new photovoltaic system must be installed.

The farmhouse is structured as follows. On the ground floor there is a single room of cellar-storage-technical room. On the first floor there is a large entrance hall with fireplace and living-dining-kitchen. From here a comfortable internal staircase leads us to the sleeping area where there is space for two beds.

Next to the farmhouse there is space to put a table with chairs or two deckchairs. From every side you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and nature.

Everywhere around you can take numerous walks or mountain bikes. In Chironico there is the famous climbing center ? Chironico boulder?. The train station, post office and restaurants are located in Lavorgo and supermarkets in the village of Faido.

In summer the property can be reached on foot quite uphill in about 45 minutes from the center of Grumo. With the postbus you can get to the railway station viale a Faido. The A2 motorway is 7 km from the car park. In 30 minutes by car you arrive in Bellinzona Nord. The cities of Lugano and Locarno with lakes are 50 minutes away.
