In the heart of Ecublens, close to all amenities on foot, without nuisance and enjoying a garden of about 500 m2, this imposing farmhouse was built between 1842 and 1843, as well as an old attached forge. This charming house with great potential consists of two 5-room apartments (about 200 m2 and 140 m2), a heated tavern with kitchenette, barns, an old stable, garages, covered area and henhouse, totaling more than 4,491 m3. No excavation. The renovation of the houses and roofs (lattice, tiles, and gutters) was carried out in the 1980s, the main building has two gas boilers (2007), one per apartment, double-glazed windows on wooden frames were also replaced in 1987, aluminum shutters in 2019. The water separation was done (control report 2003-04). The whole has been monitored and maintained, however the 140 m2 apartment will require renovation or updating. The 200 m2 apartment refreshed in 2018 is in good condition. The old forge is currently abandoned, this building consists of two levels (188 m3) with a ground footprint of 32 m2.
