This 4 1/2-room house is located in a very quiet and sunny location in Largario above Ponte Valentino in the middle Blenio Valley.

The house was built in 1972 and used as a holiday home by the owners. On the ground floor there is the living/dining room with the fireplace and a small open kitchen, the WC with shower and the staircase leading to the upper floor where there are 3 rooms and a storage room. In the basement which can be accessed from the outside, and also reachable by car, there are two separate cellars partly under the building and one under the garden. The house is located on the border of the village where from the terrace you can see the whole valley to the east.

The property is easily accessible by car even when there is a lot of snow.

The house is usable all year round. In summer, the Adula and the Luzzone dam are destinations for beautiful excursions, while in winter you can ski on the nearby Leontica/Nara Campo Blenio slope and the Campra cross-country ski trail. The Disentiss ski region is 40 minutes away. The large centers of Locarno and Lugano with their lakes can be reached in about 40 minutes. The journey to Milan takes one hour and 30 minutes.
