Das Ski- und Wandergebiet Cancori ist 800 m entfernt, die Talstation des Nova Nara in Leontica liegt 6.6 km unterhalb der Liegenschaft. Das Skigebiet Campo Blenio und das neue internationale Langlaufzentrum Campra sind in 35 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mit dem Auto gelangt man in 45 Minuten nach Biasca zur Autobahn A2. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Acquarossa.

This 3-storey cottage is idyllically located above the village of Leontica at about 1500 m above sea level.
The rustic house needs to be completely renovated. It is located in a small nucleus in the Nara mountains called ? Pasture?. The rustic is spread over 3 levels (basement; ground floor and mezzanine) with independent entrances for the basement and ground floor. The ready-made preliminary renovation project can be used.

Here you can still find the tranquility of a romantic valley, in the middle of unspoiled nature. You can embark on beautiful excursions on foot or by bicycle.
From the rustic you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, the Adula glacier and the valley floor of the Blenio valley.

In summer you can get directly to the Rustico by car.
In winter, in case of snow, the cottage can be reached by car to the departure station of the Nara ski resorts located in the village of Leontica, after which in case of a lot of snow you continue by shuttle bus or chairlift to the ski resort of Cancori, from here the cottage is approx. 800 meters and can be reached by snowmobile/snowshoeing/on foot.
