Description of the house The ground floor apartment with a net living space of approx. 44 m² welcomes you directly with a rustic kitchen-cum-living room. This requires comprehensive renovation. The currently existing kitchenette is no longer functional, but supply and waste water connections are intact. A traditional wood-burning stove in the kitchen and the historic Giltstein stove in the adjoining living room (built in 1852) provide cosy warmth. The heating system is supplemented by electric direct heating.
The apartment on the 1st floor offers a newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet and sink as well as a functional kitchen with modern tiled floor. The bright living room and the two other rooms - ideal as bedrooms, children's rooms or studies - are equipped with carpeted floors and impress with their friendly charisma.
Please note: The room heights in the entire house are approx. 1.85 m. Due to the building fabric, a structural adaptation is not possible, but this does not detract from the charm of this historic house.
The spacious screed can be accessed via a wooden staircase on the north side of the house.
