The converted stable is sunny and open in the picturesque mountain village of Münster. The building was lovingly rebuilt in 2008 and exudes a homely charm. The living spaces are located on three floors and offer space for you and your family or guests.
On the ground floor is the wellness area with a spacious steam bath in natural stone. There is also an additional room as a reading or TV room. Next to it is the cellar in natural stone masonry.
Right next to the building are the parking spaces and a storage room for bicycles and skis.
Advantages of the house
General
The old stable was converted into a very well-kept house in 2008. A lot of love has gone into the renovation and various details in the building. The surroundings of the house are also tastefully designed. The building is heated with electric radiators (storage, electric furnace). There is also a wood-burning stove on the ground floor and the large fireplace on the upper floor. The windows are designed in 2-fold insulating glazing and the roof is covered with durable larch wood shingles.
Environment
The building also includes plot 11 right next door. Here there are 2 parking spaces on grass grid stones and a wooden shed as storage for skis and bicycles.
