Condition & Maintenance
The condition of the hotel, the café restaurant and the service rooms is very well maintained. Neither party offers construction defects or poor maintenance. Repairs due to wear and tear or dilapidation are carried out on a very regular basis.

Located on a slight promontory, bordered by larches, the hotel has exceptional sunshine and a very wide view of the Alps, the Rhône Valley and the village. Its location in the immediate vicinity of the old village, with car access to the east and pedestrian access to the south, gives it an image of an island of calm and tranquility.
