Zermatt at the foot of the Matterhorn is one of the most famous mountain resorts in Switzerland. At around 1,600 metres above sea level, the town offers its almost 6,000 inhabitants a distinctive alpine environment and a distinctly high quality of life.
With the new building on Stalden, six high-quality primary residence apartments are being built south of the village centre. The chalet in alpine style with wooden façade combines modern construction quality with typical local architecture.
The building comprises six 3.5-room residential units, including two attic apartments. Each apartment offers a spacious balcony, terrace or forecourt with a direct view of the alpine mountains.
