We rent out various parking spaces with immediate effect or by arrangement for a monthly rent net of CHF 140.00 (for external tenants plus 8.1% VAT).

We are also planning to install e-parking spaces in our parking garage at Sundgauerstrasse 70-78 in Therwil, under the following conditions:

- Net rent per month CHF 175.00
- for external tenants, the rent plus 8.1% VAT applies
- Electricity costs will be invoiced separately

The first month is rent-free.
