Studio share in Zurich – modern 26 m² apartment, all included

I am looking for someone to share a small but very practical studio apartment in Zurich.
The studio is 26 m², located in a very recent building, and consists of one main room plus a modern bathroom. Despite the compact size, it has everything needed for comfortable living:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Two beds (separate)
- Work table / desk area
- Wardrobe
- Modern bathroom with shower; washing machine and dryer (private!)
- Internet, electricity, water and usual heating included

The apartment is fully equipped with plates, pans, kitchen tools, etc. I can also put my things aside, and you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. The wardrobe can easily be divided in half. Some items visible in the pictures, such as the TV, will be removed in the next few days.

Important: this is a particular sharing setup!
I am not looking for a classic flatshare where both people are present all the time. I travel often for work and usually only need the apartment 2, maximum 3 nights per week (e.g. tuesday-thrusday). I am usually out working most of the day, so in practice I am present only for a few hours in the evening/night. This means that most of the time, the studio would be free for you.
Because the space is small and the arrangement is quite specific, I am looking for someone who fits well with this setup: ideally a male, young working professional, quiet, respectful, and looking for a calm place in Zurich. This is not a place for parties or frequent guests.
For simplicity, I take care of all bills myself. Electricity, water, internet and normal heating are included in the rent. Heating is usually included as well, unless there are exceptional consumptions, which has never happened in the last three years.
