Quiet 1.5-room flat (studio with raised sleeping area) on a silent courtyard, 10-minute walk to Basel SBB station

What sets this flat apart: it faces the rear courtyard, and the courtyard is truly silent. No traffic, no one looking in, used by just two flats in practice. In front of it, a covered patio of about 10 m2 that stays dry in the rain. Ground floor, but on the enclosed courtyard side, so not overlooked from the street.
