La résidence est très bien située avec des commerces à 2 min(Aldi et Migros) et à 10min de l'Unil et EPFL.
Conditions:
être immatriculé à l'Unil ou EPFL, être solvable ou avoir un garant,
Avoir un casier judiciaire vierge.
Le studio est à remettre au plus vite, au 15 ou à la fin d'un mois.

Due to a change in my academic/career path, I am looking for someone to take over the lease of a 16m² furnished studio apartment in the "Homestudy" residence in Chavannes-près-Renens.
The residence is very well located, with shops (Aldi and Migros) just 2 minutes away, and it is 10 minutes from UNIL and EPFL.
Requirements:
Must be enrolled at UNIL or EPFL; must be financially solvent or have a guarantor;
Must have a clean criminal record.
The studio is available for handover as soon as possible—ideally on the 15th or at the end of a month.
