The walking distance to the train station and centre of Muralto makes this location interesting if you have your workplace nearby or are looking for a small hideaway in Ticino to switch off.

The apartment is equipped with high quality materials. In the large living room there is an elegant fitted kitchen as good as new.

Public transport and the train station/bus station are within walking distance. In the hotel's own convenient underground car park, there is a parking space available for vehicles, which can be rented as required for 150 FR per month.

Public parking for visitors is located directly in front of the residential complex.

Access to the apartment is via the central entrance with an elegant courtyard and with a lift directly to the floor in building B to the apartment. The underground car park can be reached by a separate lift.
