We are Alex and Alessa (25 years old) and have been a couple for several years. Since my bachelor's degree in summer 2024, I (Alessa) have been working in Zurich as an interior designer. Alex has also been working in an architectural office in Zurich since the end of 2025. Since we have been looking for an apartment in Zurich for over a year, we are now offering our apartment in Lucerne for exchange.
Our charming old building apartment in Lucerne has 3 rooms, all of which are connected by a door. In total, the apartment has about 70m2. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a balcony, but a shared roof terrace, with a dream view of Mount Pilatus. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated 7 years ago. The neighborhood in the house is very sympathetic and uncomplicated.
In return, we are looking for an apartment in the city of Zurich, which district does not matter to us, the more central (district 3,4,5) the better. The apartment should be min 2.5 rooms and min 60-65m2. Maximum rent 2100. If possible with balcony/seating area or shared outdoor spaces (terrace/garden). However, the apartment should be unlimited in any case.
