Die Wohnung ist gross und hell, befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung direkt am Waldrand.
Küche, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 2 Büroräume, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, 2 Badezimmer (Dusche, Badewanne)

Idealerweise für 2 Personen

Inklusive: Nebenkosten, Internet, TV, Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Geschirrspühler, gemeinsam genutzte Waschmaschine

Stadtzentrum in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Fahrrad 5 Minuten an den Bahnhof, 12 Minuten zu Fuss.
Verbindungen in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Zug in diverse Städte (Zürich, Bern, Basel, Biel, Luzern).

We are going away and are offering our furnished 4.5-room apartment for sublet.
The apartment is spacious and bright, situated in a very quiet area right by the edge of the forest.
It includes a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, two office rooms, a living room, a balcony, and two bathrooms (equipped with a shower and a bathtub).

Ideally suited for 2 people.

Includes: utilities, internet, TV, and a parking space in front of the building.

Features a dishwasher; the washing machine is for shared use.

The city center is 10 minutes away. The train station is a 5-minute bike ride or a 12-minute walk away.
Train connections to various cities (Zurich, Bern, Basel, Biel, Lucerne) take approximately 30 minutes.
