Untermieter für helle 4,5-Zimmer-Wohnung gesucht (befristet)

Von August bis Mai oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir für unsere schöne Wohnung einen Untermieter. Die möblierte Wohnung verfügt über 4,5 helle Zimmer und einen schönen Sitzplatz. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Büro, zwei Bäder (WC/Dusche und WC/Badewanne) eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche und ein grosszügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer. Falls nur ein Schlafzimmer gebraucht wird, können wir uns auch vorstellen, die Wohnung ohne das Kinderzimmer zu vermieten (dieses würden wir dann als Lager nutzen und wäre für den Untermieter nicht zugänglich), dies würde sich auf den Mietpreis auswirken. Das Kellerabteil wird nicht mit vermietet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hof-Quartier im Westen der Stadt St. Gallen. Das Quartier liegt zwischen dem Gübsensee und der Shopping Arena und in 14min Fahrzeit erreicht man den Bahnhof St. Gallen mit dem Bus. We are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful apartment from August through May, or by arrangement. The furnished apartment features 4.5 bright rooms and a lovely patio. It includes two bedrooms, an office, two bathrooms (one with a toilet and shower, the other with a toilet and bathtub), a fully equipped open kitchen, and a spacious living and dining room. If only one bedroom is needed, we could also consider renting out the apartment without the childrens room (we would then use this as storage and it would not be accessible to the subtenant), which would affect the rent. The basement storage unit is not included in the rental.

The apartment is located in the Hof neighborhood in the western part of the city of St. Gallen. The neighborhood lies between Lake Gübsen and the Shopping Arena, and St. Gallen train station is a 14-minute bus ride away.
