Particularly close to my heart is the large roof terrace, which runs almost around the apartment - for me a very special place to relax and enjoy, in the middle of the city.
There is a lift in the house, a dishwasher is available and a private cellar compartment is also included. The laundry room is very well equipped, so I was always able to wash without any problems. The neighbors are also friendly, uncomplicated and pleasant.
Since I want to expand, I am looking for a 2.5-room apartment with approx. 50 m², ideally in districts 1, 2, 3 or 4, with a rent of up to CHF 1,600.
