My apartment is very close to my heart - and that's exactly why I've been living here for almost ten years. It is a large, bright 2.5-room apartment with lots of light, beautiful views over the city of Zurich, the Üetliberg and all the way to the mountains.
Every evening a new fantastic sunset awaits you here. The balcony is very large: a large table, deck chair and many plants have room without any problems. Kitchen and bathroom are in good condition, and you hear practically nothing from the neighbors.
The location is perfect for me: In a few minutes you can walk to the main station - and at the same time in about ten minutes in the forest or up at the Rigiblick.
Actually, I don't want to move out of my apartment at all. But since I would like to move in with my boyfriend and we will soon be parents, we are now looking for a new home.
I'm from the city of Zurich and it would be very nice if I could stay in my homeland. The housing market, as you all know, is very tight. All the more reason for me to hope that it might work out this way - and that we locals will not be pushed out of the city.
We are looking for:
An apartment of at least 3.5 rooms in Zurich - preferably also with a view. :)
If you can imagine an apartment swap or know someone who knows someone, I would be very happy to hear from you.
