Hello everyone
I live in the most beautiful district of Zurich (7) behind the Römerhof in a newly renovated old building apartment with 4.5 rooms on the mezzanine floor. If necessary, this includes a PP right next to the house and a pretty garden patio with a small garden, which can be used by everyone, but never will:-) The apartment has a large modern kitchen, modern bathroom with bathtub, a large bedroom, two smaller rooms and a normal-sized living room. The location is just perfect, the neighborhood family-friendly, safe and quiet, but still very central. Rent is 2500.- incl. HK/NK.
My biggest dream is a fireplace, which is why I would be willing to swap my unique bargain apartment in a prime location in Zurich for an apartment with a fireplace. Preferably in a district 6, 7 or 8, but not necessarily. Budget by arrangement (depends on the apartment).
