We exchange our 2.5 room apartment in district 4 for a minimum 3.5 room apartment in the districts: 3,4,5 possibly also the quarters Unterstrass/ Oberstrass or Wipkingen (if the apartment fits, other urban areas would possibly also come into question). We are a young family (Céline, Aaron with our 10 month old son Laszlo and our dog Branko)
Pets must therefore be allowed. We have no stress, looking for the perfect apartment for us. Preferably a maisonette, a private roof terrace or other special features. We wouldn't say no to a house either, so the outskirts of the city may also be an issue. One should still be allowed to dream ewtas :)
Our apartment is located right next to Helvetiaplatz and is therefore very central. She is beautiful and walking almost hurts a bit. The roof terrace is shared, but is the most used by us. The washing machine and Tumblr is also shared, but is right next to the apartment and since there is no washing schedule, you can actually always wash. In addition, you can enter the apartment via a fingerprint scanner, which is very cool. The neighbors are gold treasures and there is a café on the ground floor.

We are looking for:
- At least 3.5 rooms and from 75sqm of space
