Zermatt, located at the foot of the Matterhorn, enjoys a reputation as probably the most famous mountain village in Switzerland. Located at around 1,600 metres above sea level, it offers its almost 6,000 inhabitants an unmistakable flair and thus becomes a place of longing for all those who appreciate a high quality of life and alpine nature.
Just a few minutes south of the Zermatt village centre, the Chalet 1660 project is creating a total of nine high-quality new first-home apartments. Spread over two houses with wooden façades in alpine style, Chalet 1660 offers a unique symbiosis of a nature-loving lifestyle and upscale living ambience. All apartments have a utility room with connection for washing machine and tumble dryer.
With Chalet 1660, nine exclusive new first-home apartments are being built in Zermatt in two elegant chalets with wood panelling typical of the area. House A on the east side comprises six apartments, on four floors and the ground floor connecting the two buildings: five 4.5-room apartments and an attic attic with 5.5 rooms.
On the west side is the smaller house B, which essentially consists of a duplex attic. In the basement of Building B there are also two ground-level studios.
Each of the nine apartments has at least one spacious balcony, terrace area or forecourt, from which the breathtaking alpine scenery can be enjoyed.
