This 3 ½-room rustico is located in a very quiet and sunny location at 1870 m/M above the Bovarina-Hütte, above Campo di Blenio in the beautiful Blenio Valley.



The 3-storey rustico was renovated in 2000 and is in good condition. The house offers a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. The furnishings are in a rustic style, as is appropriate for a mountain house.

The house has two entrances and three floors, which are internally connected by two staircases. On the ground floor there is a bathroom/shower/WC, a cellar and a hallway that can be used in various ways. From here you can access the first floor, where there is a unique living/dining/kitchen room with a fireplace and a bedroom. A comfortable staircase leads to the attic, which has 6 single beds.

Outside the rustico there are two terraces where you can enjoy the sun or barbecue with friends. From each side there is a beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the surrounding countryside.

In summer, the rustico is easily accessible by car up to 750 m, as the last 4 km are on an unpaved road. There is another way to reach the country house: you leave your car at the parking lot of Casa Predasca and walk up the path for about 15-20 minutes. In winter, when there is a lot of snow, the car must be left in the village of Campo Blenio and then you have to travel 10 km by snowmobile or snowshoes to the property.

There are numerous hiking and cycling routes in the surrounding area. Genau hier befindet sich die berühmte Etappe der Mountainbike-Route "Bovarina bike" mit dem gleichnamigen Hüttenrestaurant.

In winter this area is a paradise for skiers. The Campo Blenio ski resort is 17 minutes away and the new international cross-country skiing center in Campra is 30 minutes away. The village of Olivone with its shops is 15 km away.

The drive to the A2 motorway in Biasca takes 45 minutes. The bus stop is in Campo.
