Welcome to Tiergartenstrasse 24 in Schönenwerd – a charming village with history, shaped by tradition and quality of life. In a quiet, sunny location with a pleasant neighborhood and lots of greenery, I can introduce myself: a former mansion with a unique character, waiting to be brought to life with new ideas.
Built in 1920, I still carry my special old building charm within me today. With my impressive cubature and a living space of around 237 m² on a spacious plot of 907 m² (divided into two plots), I offer you space for visions, creativity and individual living concepts.
I currently have two residential units, but my potential goes far beyond that: With the appropriate planning and approval, there is the possibility of developing into a multi-generational house or a property with up to three apartments.
Inside, I consciously show myself authentic – and at the same time ready for a comprehensive renewal.
