On around 14 m² of living space, the house offers everything you need for relaxing days in the mountains: a practical kitchenette with sink, a cosy living and dining area with corner bench and a cosy sleeping gallery. The original character of the Maiensäss was deliberately preserved. The hut has neither a water connection nor electricity and thus offers an authentic nature experience - far away from noise and everyday life. In the course of the renovation, the roof was covered with new shingles and provided with 10 cm thick insulation.
The water supply is via the "Bielsüe" water pipe, which carries water during the summer months. In addition, a natural spring is available all year round, but its water is not controlled.
Between the alpine hut and the adjacent stable barn on plot no. 2388, a separate toilet with sink was built. The associated 300-litre holding tank is located in the stable barn on plot no. 2390.
The property includes two stable barns, which offer additional possibilities:
Plot no. 2388 (89 m2): A building permit for maintenance measures has already been issued for this stable-barn. The roof may be replaced by a tin roof and a new entrance door may be installed. Plot no. 2390 (95 m2): This stable-barn is in great need of renovation. For any demolition, a demolition permit would have to be obtained if necessary. Room layout
