Apartment for rent in Baden, Switzerland

Hello everyone

I would like to move back to the city of Zurich and offer my apartment in exchange - I could leave the appointment relatively quickly, or even later.

I offer:
4-room old building (spacious, flooded with light), newly renovated bathroom, large kitchen (four tenant would, if desired, replace the gas stove with electric stove), very spacious screed and cellar compartment, shared garden, stone square with fire bowl for grilling, higher terrace with sun sail and grape tendrils - as well as shared, flexibly usable laundry kitchen and large drying room.

It is a 3-party house without elevator. All residents are extremely sympathetic and easy and come from social and/or artistic backgrounds and are very helpful and dream tenants.

The house is directly opposite the Trafo cinema and on foot you are in 5' at the train station with a direct 15' connection to Zurich main station.
In addition, the forest is very close and in about 10' you are either on various river banks or at the 3 public (24/7) free thermal pools that are located directly on the river.

I'm looking for:
At least 2 rooms (utopian dream would be 4) in Zurich. I would be happy without a balcony and garden, but I would love to be able to integrate my studio into the apartment again. It must not be a temporary solution and should cost a maximum of 1800.- and a few crushed ones (preferably cheaper, of course.

I'm open to great suggestions and look forward to hearing from you.
