The apartment offers approx. 60 m², is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, and features a bright living/dining area with parquet flooring, a covered balcony with sun awning, separate bedroom and modern bathroom with bathtub.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. A private washing machine and dryer inside the apartment and a cellar storage unit are also included.

The location is especially convenient for employees of Lucerne Cantonal Hospital (LUKS), only around a 5-minute walk away. Public transport, shops, the Reuss river and the city centre are also within easy reach.
