OUR APARTMENT

Located almost at the end of a cul-de-sac that ends in the field. It is flooded with light because of huge windows and a separate part of a great architect's house with its own large garden. The house entrance on the ground floor is directly on the forest. Anyone who enters the apartment cannot help but be amazed.

The garden wakes up for further planting (landlords are easy), the two grills you can fire as much as you want. It doesn't bother anyone here. The exit to the garden is via your own staircase from the living room/kitchen. The silence here is absolute.

In the forest behind the house you can walk, run, train, bike and rest. The Vita-Parcous Zollikerberg is 5 minutes away. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to get to the famous Küsnachter Tobel and from there about 45 minutes through the forest past small swimming pools to Küsnacht.

The apartment has a bathroom with toilet and bathtub and a second toilet.

From the house to the Forchbahn (red tram) it is a 5-minute walk and you are in 15 minutes at Stadelhofen/Bellevue. All shopping facilities can also be reached in 5 minutes (2x Coop, butcher, pharmacy in Zollikerberg) and 10 minutes (Coop, Migros, Denner, Aldi in Zumikon).

1-3 parking spaces can be rented for CHF 180. , 100m from the house. The garage has plenty of space for a large car, two Vespas and two bicycles. Plus water connection/sink. Cost: CHF 250.
