The beautiful old building apartment with parquet flooring and high ceilings on the hard court, the apartment was repainted in 2023, has its own balcony and a shared roof terrace. The apartment is very large with three rooms, a shower and separate toilet, a large entrance area and a large kitchen with gas stove. The apartment is bigger than the pictures suggest :-) Unfortunately no dishwasher, as well as a split washing machine (but very uncomplicated). Very nice and uncomplicated administration.
I am looking for a smaller apartment in a quiet environment - preferably Wipkingen / Höngg / Kreis 6 but I am also other places opposite Ofen. I would primarily like to move, as the apartment is too big for a single household (ideal for couples)
