• located right at the Rentenwiese (3m walk to the lake); 6 mins to Bahnhof Enge (from where regular trains run to Zürich HB and the Airport); you are 2 tram stops away from Bürkliplatz
• very well equipped, kitchen and otherwise. Fully equipped kitchen, with a big fridge, dishwasher, and a table for 4 persons to host dinners (more chairs in the basement)
• Perfect work set-up: Height adjustable (standing) desk, with two monitors, and a docking station to connect your laptop via USB-C
• Gaming / entertainment: 65" smart TV with PlayStation 5
• It will be cleaned by cleaning personnel before you move in, and when you move out. No hassle there.
The sub-tenant can move in on the 1st of August and has to leave the apartment on the 11th of September [Aug = full month; Sep = 11 days].
