In the house with the oldest neon sign in the city, we rent out a partially listed office space by agreement, which is currently still being renovated.


Here's what you can expect:

The rooms designated on the plan as offices 2 & 3 are listed as historical monuments and were renovated in careful cooperation as follows:

- Restored, old parquet floors

- Connecting door between the rooms



Office 1 on the plan:

Here we can give you a say in flooring, electrical installations and ceilings.
There is the possibility of cooling the area (tenant fit-out). Ventilation/air conditioning is provided until the start of the rental space.


The toilet facility in green is part of the rental space; the IV toilet can be used.
