Commercial premises on the ground floor: work in an atmosphere steeped in history

Chesa Planta was originally constructed in 1555 as a magnificent patrician residence, and has been continuously expanded over the centuries. It is now considered one of the most distinguished historic manor houses in the heart of the Engadine.

As part of a comprehensive renovation over the coming years, Chesa Planta is expected to reopen in its full splendour in spring 2029.

Two generous commercial spaces on the ground and garden levels will become available for lease, either separately or together, with an internal staircase connecting them. They are intended for quiet commercial use, such as offices, art and antiques trading, jewellery workshops, and similar types of business. Residential use is expressly excluded.
