Description of the property

This small 2.5-room cottage is located in a very sunny position in the mountains of Busio at 840 m.a.s.l., not far from Gola di Lago.

The rustic is spread over a very high floor that offers the possibility of creating a mezzanine with a sleeping area. On the ground floor there are two rooms, where you can build the bathroom and kitchen-living room. The rustic house needs to be completely renovated.
Drinking water can be connected at about 100m, there is already a leaking well for the discharge of sewage. For electricity, a small photovoltaic system must be installed.

The woodland-meadow is part of the property. Here there is enough space to sunbathe or barbecue with friends. From every side you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and nature.
