Das Chalet ist wie folgt aufgebaut. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Eingangsbereich mit Küche und Esszimmer, ein Technikraum und ein kleiner Keller-/Abstellraum. Über eine bequeme Treppe gelangt man in den ersten Stock, wo man ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Einbauschränken und Bad/Dusche/WC findet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf die seitliche Terrasse. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich links und rechts der Treppe zwei Einzelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.

Im Außenbereich des Chalets befinden sich ein Geräteschuppen, zwei Terrassen, darunter eine mit Brunnen und ein Essbereich mit Granittisch und Bänken.

Von allen Seiten genießt man einen herrlichen, atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und die Natur. Es ist ein idealer Ort für alle, die Ruhe inmitten unberührter Natur suchen.

Im Sommer ist das Chalet mit dem Auto bequem bis zu den örtlichen Parkplätzen unterhalb des Hauses erreichbar. Von hier aus sind es 5 ? 10 Minuten bergwärts zu Fuss. Im Winter ist dieser Ort ein wahres Paradies für Liebhaber des Bergskifahrens. Das Skigebiet Cari liegt 2,5 km vom Chalet entfernt. Faido mit der Eisbahn ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Autobahn A2 ist 15 km und Bellinzona Nord 50 km vom Chalet entfernt. Zu den Seen in Lugano und Locarno sind es eine Stunde Fahrzeit.

Description of the property

This beautiful 3 1/2 room chalet is located in a very sunny and quiet position with a beautiful view surrounded by greenery above the village of Molare on 1650 m.a.s.l., 5 min from Carì, in the Leventina valley.

The chalet was renovated 25 years ago and is in excellent condition. The rooms are spacious and welcoming in the rustic mountain style. Electricity is supplied through a small photovoltaic system, drinking water comes from the source and for the discharge of sewage there is the leaking well.

The chalet is structured as follows. On the ground floor there is entrance-kitchen-dining room, technical room and small cellar-storage. Going up a comfortable staircase to the first floor we find a large living room with fireplace with built-in wardrobes and bathroom / shower / WC. From the living room you can access the side terrace. Upstairs there are two single beds to the left and right of the staircase and a double bedroom.

Outside the chalet there is a tool shed, two terraces, including one with a fountain and a dining area with a granite table and benches.

From every side you can enjoy a beautiful breathtaking view of the mountains and nature. It is an ideal place for those seeking tranquility in the midst of untouched nature.

In summer the chalet is easily accessible by car to the municipal parking spaces below the house. From here you have to walk uphill 5-10 min. In winter this place is a true paradise for mountain skiers. The Cari ski area is 2.5 km away. Faido with the ice rink can be reached in 20 min. The A2 motorway is 15 km away and Bellinzona Nord is 50 km from the chalet. The cities of Lugano and Locarno with lakes can be reached in an hour.
