The former stable barn with barn was purchased before the adoption of the second home initiative in 2012 and a valid building permit for conversion to residential purposes has been issued. Of course, the project can be taken over when the stable barn is purchased.
The foundation of the barn has already been renewed. The corresponding pipes and pipes for water and electricity have also already been pulled in.
