This 3-room holiday house is located in a very sunny and quiet location above Dangio, in the direction of Val Soi, Güfera village.

The house was recently renovated with great care and attention to detail and is in excellent condition. It is very bright and offers a welcoming and family-friendly environment. The interior is decorated in a minimalist style with everything you need.

The house has two entrances and three floors, which are internally connected by a comfortable wooden staircase. The main entrance leads us to a living/dining area with kitchen and Schwedenofen, various built-in cupboards and bath/shower/WC with handmade mosaic. From the living room you can access the attic, where there is space for a double bed and a single bed. A beautiful roof window makes the attic very bright. The other entrance on the ground floor leads to a room with a double bed and a relaxation area.



Beside the holiday house there is a small garden with a storage room for wood and various tools. Outside the hut a small grotto/refrigerator has been built.

Hot water is available in the house thanks to a gas boiler, while electricity is generated with a small photovoltaic system (solar collector and inverter battery for 220V). There is also a Vigor V-T 3000 petrol generator with a nominal power of 3.0 KW at 220 V, with which you can use small power tools (vacuum cleaner, drill, etc.).

In 10 minutes you reach the village of Dangio and in 20 minutes the center of Blenio. In winter, you can ski in the Nara Ski and Campo Blenio ski areas, which are 30 minutes from the Rustico. The Campra cross-country skiing center is also the same distance away. The A2 motorway is 22 km from the Rustico. Biasca is 30 minutes away by car and Bellinzona is 40 minutes away. The cities of Lugano and Locarno with their lakes are an hour away.

Questo rustico di 3 locali si trova in una posizione molto soleggiata e tranquilla sulle montagne di Dangio, in direzione Val Soi, località Güfera.
