Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere charmante und stilvoll eingerichtete 2,5-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in wunderschöner, zentraler Lage in Basel – direkt am Übergang vom St. Johann-Quartier zur Grossbasler Altstadt und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Rhein und der Johanniterbrücke entfernt.

Wir haben fünf Jahre sehr gerne hier gewohnt und ziehen lediglich um, weil wir künftig etwas mehr Platz benötigen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir neben der Lage den Altbaucharme der Wohnung mit hohen Decken sowie die kurzen Wege: Altstadt, Rhein und St. Johann sind praktisch direkt vor der Haustür.

Auch die Vermieter bzw. die Verwaltung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie waren während unserer gesamten Mietzeit zuverlässig und unkompliziert erreichbar und haben sich stets zeitnah und engagiert um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.

* Nebenkosten inklusive; lediglich der Strom wird separat bezahlt (bei uns zuletzt ca. CHF 40 pro Monat)

Möbelübernahme
Da einige unserer Möbel sehr gut zur Wohnung passen, würden wir uns freuen, einen Teil davon an die Nachmieter weiterzugeben. Insbesondere möchten wir gerne das Regal und die Kücheninsel abgeben, da wir beides in unserer neuen Wohnung nicht mehr benötigen.

Bei Interesse können ausserdem der Schlafzimmerschrank, zwei Kommoden sowie das TV-Möbel übernommen werden.

Eine Möbelübernahme ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung und kann ganz individuell besprochen werden.

Charming 2.5-Room Period Apartment in a Central Basel Location

We are looking for a new tenant for our charming and stylishly furnished 2.5-room period apartment in a fantastic central location in Basel – right between the St. Johann neighbourhood and Basel’s Old Town, and just a few minutes’ walk from the Rhine and Johanniterbrücke.

We have loved living here for the past five years and are only moving because we need a little more space. What we particularly appreciate about the apartment is its beautiful period character, with high ceilings and a warm, inviting atmosphere, as well as the excellent location: the Old Town, the Rhine and St. Johann are all practically on your doorstep.

We can also highly recommend the landlords/property management. Throughout our tenancy, they have always been reliable, easy to reach and very responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns.

The apartment

* Utilities included; only electricity is paid separately (most recently around CHF 40 per month for us)

Furniture

As some of our furniture fits the apartment particularly well, we would be happy to pass on a few pieces to the next tenant. In particular, we would like to leave the shelving unit and kitchen island, as we will no longer need them in our new apartment.

If interested, the bedroom wardrobe, two chests of drawers and TV cabinet can also be taken over.

Taking over the furniture is not a requirement and can be discussed individually.
