From the beginning of August 2026 to the end of January 2027, we are renting out a beautiful 4-room apartment in an old building on the 4th floor in the popular Moosmatt district. Since this is an interim use and the apartment building will be completely renovated in spring 2027, no repair or painting work will be carried out before or during the rental period. The apartment is rented in its existing condition. We ask interested parties to take this into account during the viewing

Laundry room and tumble dryer in the attic as well as a roof terrace with a view and an outdoor bicycle parking space in the backyard are available for shared use. The apartment building does not have a lift. The house is part of the Rhynauerhof, which is considered one of the most beautiful green courtyards in the city of Lucerne. The train station and the lake can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes on foot. Shops, restaurants and bars are available in the immediate vicinity.

An outdoor parking space in the inner courtyard can also be rented for a limited period (CHF 100/month).
