Bed linen, towels and kitchenware are provided. Access to the accommodation is by badge or mobile phone.

The individually adjustable underfloor heating is active in winter, while a free-cooling underfloor cooling system ensures summer comfort. Each studio is equipped with an independent double-flow ventilation system.

The monthly fee for charges is comprehensive: it includes electricity, hot water, heating, individual high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as a subscription to TV channels.
