The Sihlcity is within 7 minutes walking distance and also the Enge train station. Bus 72 can be reached in 1 minutes walking distance.
The neighbors (8 parties in total) are very friendly and we all maintain a friendly relationship.
There is a shared laundry room (without a fixed plan, but with house Whatsapp for emergencies) and a shared large garden for all parties.
There is also a storage room in the basement as well as in the attic for the apartment.
