I have been living in my current apartment for 5 years. It is cozy, has a large garden and great neighbors. The location is quiet and close to beautiful viewpoints, bus line 31, several shopping facilities as well as a bakery.
The rent is relatively cheap, as the building is likely to be demolished in 5-10 years. Until then, however, it is an ideal apartment at an unbeatable price.
