We are renting this furnished apartment in the middle of Zurich as of 01.07.2026 or by appointment.
Brauerstrasse is a cross street to Langstrasse.
In the immediate vicinity there are all kinds of shops, restaurants and public transport stops.
The Sihl, as well as the Limmat can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

The property has Wi-Fi access, which can be used by the tenant.

The apartment is cleaned every 2 weeks by the caretaker company (this can be dispensed with on request). In addition, a terry cloth and bed linen service can be selected for a monthly surcharge of CHF 70.

A minimum rental period of 6 months must be observed for renting.
