3er WG Altstetten

Per 1. Juli oder früher suchen wir jemand neues für unsere 3er-WG. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sowie die Küche sind vollständig ausgestattet.
Wir sind 2 Männer (24 & 28), beide im Studium und berufstätig. In unserer Freizeit machen wir gerne Sport (Gym/Tennis/Boxen) und verbringen Zeit mit freunden. Zuhause schätzen wir eine entspannte Atmosphäre - keine Zweck-WG.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon zur Strasse sowie eine ruhige Terrasse auf der Rückseite.
Zimmer Nr. 3 im Grundrissplan ist noch frei und wird unmöbiliert vermietet.
Wir suchen eine offene, zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Person, die Lust auf ein entspanntes WG-Leben hat und sauber ist.

We are searching for a 3rd Flatmate as of July 1, 2026 or earlier. The apartment has a generous layout. The shared living areas and the kitchen are furnished and fully equipped by us.
We are two men (24 & 28), both students and employed. In our free time, we enjoy sports (gym, tennis, boxing) and spending time with friends. At home, we value a relaxed and friendly atmosphere – this is not a purely functional flatshare.
Good to know: a shisha is occasionally smoked in the apartment, and from time to time a dog may be visiting.
The apartment has a balcony facing the street as well as a quiet terrace at the back.
Room no. 3 on the floor plan is still available and will be rented unfurnished.
