Built in the 17th century as a farmhouse, Chesa Pignoulas retains much of its original exterior, including historic stone walls and a Stüva with a rich history that has been preserved through the centuries.

Please note that, as the municipality of Sils i.E. does not allocate quotas for foreign buyers, the property can only be purchased by Swiss nationals or foreign nationals holding a Swiss B or C residence permit.
