A neutral shade has also been chosen for stoneware coverings and wall colours, favouring the furnishings and echoing the colours of the external materials, ensuring stylistic coherence.

COMMON AREAS Another distinctive feature of the quality of the residential complex is the presence, on the first floor, of two rooms dedicated to the care and well-being of residents. The owners and their guests can devote themselves to exercise and recreation in the gym equipped with the most modern equipment and then, continue their journey in the spa, indulging in moments of relaxation in the Turkish bath, sauna or a regenerating bath in the large whirlpool; All without ever leaving the building. To maintain stylistic consistency between all the rooms of the complex, even in these two additional spaces you can find the details and finishes used in the apartments and their exteriors: the elegant and timeless grain of Travertine and the bronze-colored metal parts are enhanced by minimal and modern lighting that makes the rooms captivating but at the same time comfortable.
