In 2013, the interior insulation was improved, new flooring was installed, the shower was renovated and the rooms were repainted. The electrical panel was replaced in 2015, followed by a new kitchen in 2016. In 2022, new windows were installed, a wood-burning stove was added and a spacious wooden terrace was built.
