Spanning three levels and offering a gross living area of approximately 235 m², the property retains the character of its era and provides an ideal base for a bespoke renovation project, whilst remaining perfectly habitable as it stands. The roof is the original one; however, it was inspected, cleaned and treated with an anti-moss coating in 2023. The windows were replaced in 2026.
