Description of the property

This beautiful 3 1/2-room cottage is located in a very quiet location above the village of Intragna, Carbozzèi, in the Centovalli.

The cottage is habitable and in good condition. Having been little used for some time, it needs some minor renovations.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room and the shower. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. There are two cellars available.

From all sides there is a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley. In the surrounding area you can make numerous excursions and bike rides.

In this beautiful area, near Locarno, you will find peace and relaxation from everyday stress in the middle of unspoiled nature.

There is no access road and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the public parking lot.
