The Tsalan restaurant is ideally located in the heart of the ski area of the resort of Anzère. It is accessible via several ski lifts as well as a road that can be used by snowmobile during the winter. In summer, it can be reached by a carriage road.

Built in 1984, the main building extends over two levels and has a large terrace facing the Rhône plain. Upstairs, a large banquet hall can accommodate up to 170 people. On the ground floor, a self-service area offers 150 seats, while the outdoor terrace, set up to accommodate 350 customers, offers a breathtaking view of the Rhône Valley.

The restaurant operates both in winter and summer. In addition to the dining area, the establishment has three dormitories with a total of 30 beds, accompanied by six showers and toilets. The first floor also has three bedrooms and a living room, which can be used by staff or guests.

The terrace was completely renovated and extended in 2000. The building is in excellent condition, with approximately CHF 50,000 invested annually in routine maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
