Biete diese 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung in Bellinzona zur Untermiete an. Sie ist nur teilmöbliert wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Waschmaschine wird gemeinsam genutzt mit Guthabenkarte. Küche komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank.

Die Miete beinhaltet einen Aussenparkplatz. Hinzu kommen 40 CHF für das Internet und Strom (ca 100 CHF pro Quartal)

• Internet: CHF 40/month
• Electricity: approx. CHF 100 per quarter

Conditions:
• Sublet with the option to take over the lease
• 1 month’s rent as deposit required for sublet
• Only applications with complete documentation (e.g. credit report, proof of income, etc.) will be considered
